DAA
DAAs are required to interface analog equipment to the public switched telephone network (PSTN). Mitel Semiconductor delivers a family of DAAs to offer customers an integrated solution. Its solutions provide the basic requirements of a DAA including line impedance matching, loop switch and isolation with an IEC950 recognized part. Mitel Semiconductor's DAAs are capable of on-hook reception for calling line identity (CLID) service and can detect a parallel phone off-hook condition. These DAAs also offer a fast time to market where multi-country approval is required, due to the flexibility of the parts and the ability of a single DAA to meet many countries' specifications.
